With a heart for discipleship and a passion for seeing lives changed by the gospel, I’ve been blessed to serve in ministry for many years. At Cross City, I’m committed to pastoring our church where every generation is encouraged, equipped, and empowered to follow Christ and live for His glory.

In the exercise of the Lord’s will, He brought me forth by the Word of truth in 2011. After effectually calling me to His Son, He ordained me to be a minister of the new covenant. I obtained further favor from the Lord as He blessed me with my wife Jasmine in 2017. Children are a gift from the Lord and He has blessed us with 5 children. We have been serving the Lord and His people in Cross City since November 2023. God has called me to be a pastor and He has called my wife to lead the praise team.

My husband, Barry, and I were both born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. We’ve been married since 1984. We have no human children but we love our fur babies.
Barry and I moved to Hillsborough County in 1994 where we lived for 28 years. For years our plan was to retire in Dixie County “one day.” Thanks to the booming housing market, “one day” became a reality in 2022.
Soon after moving to Dixie County, we started attending Cross City First Baptist and later joined the church.
I worked at church offices in both Sarasota and Hillsborough counties. I’m thrilled now to add Dixie County to that list.
